What you'll do Process customer transactions efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems while ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring the store is visually appealing. Support stocking initiatives by replenishing inventory on shelves. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash drawers effectively. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Preferred qualifications Previous cashier or retail sales experience is highly desirable but not required. Supervising experience is a plus for those looking to grow into leadership roles. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base.
