Job Description

We're all about creating meaningful connections and delivering top-tier service. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a supportive, people-first environment. In this role, you'll engage with customers directly, providing tailored solutions, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the products and services available to them while delivering an exceptional customer experience. A Customer Service Representative's day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting in-person consultations, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting customers in selecting the best solutions to fit their needs. You will also be responsible for processing orders, providing follow-up support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make an impact and grow with us as Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Identify their telecommunications needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Explain the benefits of products and services to customers in person, emphasizing their value and functionality. Work as part of the Customer Sales Representative team to meet and exceed sales campaign goals. Provide personalized support to foster trust, satisfaction, and repeat business. Keep up to date with our client's latest offerings, services, and promotions to provide the best recommendations by attending online seminars and on-site Customer Service Representative meetings with fellow team members.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
A genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs. The ability to connect with diverse customers and explain solutions clearly. Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to team success. The capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with colleagues to execute sales strategies. Willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and go the extra mile for customers.
