Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. Educate new & existing clients on all Wag Hotels services, programs, and policies Identify and analyze customer concerns, finding effective solutions. Escalate issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems. Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document client communication via animal management software Provide follow-up communication as needed. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services offered and make recommendations for guests. Stay updated on changes and updates to company policies and procedures. Continuously improve knowledge to better assist customers. Adhere to call center protocols and standards. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Contribute to maintaining high-quality service standards. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices. Work together to achieve individual and team performance targets. Foster a positive and supportive team environment. Responsible for ensuring a seamless reservation process; includes reservations coming in via phone or online reservation site Resolve booking issues Verify & input Veterinary medical records Review new guest profiles and identity any "red flags" that require additional investigation Responsible for helping to ensure maximum occupancy in each hotel Upkeep holiday wait lists during busy periods (including overbooking and back filling rooms) Audit various schedules and calendars to ensure accuracyQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.Physical Requirements:
Role is primarily in office while sitting at a desk for an extended period. Ability to be around dogs and cats for an extended period.Part-time Employee Benefits Include:
