What You'll Do:

Be the friendly first point of contact for customers Answer calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits Use ServiceTitan software to update customer info and work orders Provide updates and support to both customers and technicians Keep things running smoothly with accuracy and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service or call center experience (home services a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills Tech-savvy; ServiceTitan experience is a bonus Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
