As an International Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for operations and service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You'll play a critical role in the operational success of the International branches, under the guidance of a Branch Manager, who you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. Although licensing isn't required for the role, Schwab will support you to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with your career goals. What you haveRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Client/Customer Service experience 2+ years working with International clients Bilingual inSpanish/English Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with International jurisdictions, Schwab's Cross-Border Initiatives (CBIT), and/or non-US entity accounts including offshore corporations. Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry. While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy Outstanding written and oral communication skills Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
