- Must to be able to type at least 40wpm (test provided prior to interview)
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a quickly growing leader in the flooring industry.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
- Review daily emails
- Input orders into company system
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Know the correct typing technique and can reach typing speed 40 words per minute
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
