Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company based in Adairsville , GA . In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our billing and collections process by reviewing invoices for accuracy, managing accounts receivable records, and working closely with warehouse and corporate teams to ensure excellent customer service. This position is full- time , temporary to hire . Pay Rate $ 1 9 . 0 0 per hour Schedule and Hours D shift : Wednesday to Saturday Wednesday
- Midnight to 6 :00 a m Thursday Thursday to Saturday
- 6:00 p m to 6:00 a m Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules by monitoring inventory levels, tracking load progress, and maintaining accurate, time-sensitive operational reports.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including checking drivers in and out, printing Bills of Lading (BOLs), obtaining shipment information, and assigning dock doors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling customer orders, inventory control, material movement, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and communicate customer delivery reports by analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and proactively providing updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers to support efficient operations, quality service, and on-time delivery. Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, with at least 2 years of customer service experience; experience with Office 365 and AS400 is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to accurately enter and manage data in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player who can work effectively with all levels of the organization and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs (in office assessment will be conducted) Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire .
