Job Description

Alton River Dragons Baseball Ticket Sales and Service Intern Who We Are:
We are the Alton River Dragons Baseball team, a Prospect League summer collegiate wood- bat baseball league. We believe in providing a great workplace for our Staff and Interns, while providing a first class entertainment experience to our guests. Ticket Sales and Service Intern The Alton River Dragons are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Ticket Sales and Service Interns for the 2027 season. This position provides real time experience in Summer Collegiate Baseball sports ticket sales, operations, and Customer service. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Entering data and customer information into the ticketing system Communicating effectively with group leaders and single game fans Selling ticket packages and group outings Ticket sale fulfillment Printing and delivering group tickets General Fan assistance and Customer service Attending Community events as a representative of the River Dragons to help sell group and individual tickets Assist with Front Gate operations at the beginning of the game until the 5th inning (when we no longer take tickets) Process all walk up sales in the box office Assist with stadium set up and clean up
Required Skills and Qualifications:
