$55,000 to $65,000/Annually – Plus Benefits For over 30 years, we have been a trusted leader in the watersports industry, specializing in high-quality, precision-engineered parts for jet skis, boats, and other watercraft. From the beginner thrill-seeker to the seasoned pro, we help enthusiasts ride the waves and navigate the waters with confidence. We are currently expanding our Customer Service Department and are seeking a Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support customers throughout the ordering process while providing administrative coordination across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and support Assist customers with product information, order placement, and general inquiries Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system Coordinate with production and logistics teams to support order fulfillment and on-time delivery Track and monitor orders, providing customers with updates on status and timelines Handle order changes, discrepancies, and issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and internal coordination Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and processes to effectively support customersQualifications:
2+ year of customer service, administrative support, or inside sales experience. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teamsBenefits
