Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) eligibility About the Opportunity Addison Group is partnering with a growing distribution organization to identify a Customer Service Representative for their customer support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers throughout the day, and helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to answer questions, enter orders, provide shipment updates, and resolve account-related concerns. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional support Enter customer orders and update existing orders within an ERP system Review order and shipment details and communicate updates to customers Assist with questions regarding invoices, billing, credits, returns, and account information Provide general assistance with product and order-related questions Research discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Create and process customer documentation, including credit and debit memos Process occasional credit card payments and other account requests Keep customer information and order records accurate across multiple systems Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity goals Support the team with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment Strong retail customer service experience with frequent phone interaction will also be considered Distribution, manufacturing, or other product-based experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams Experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred SAP experience is highly desirable Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
