$60,000 Annual Salary Position Overview Our client within the financial services industry is seeking a professional, highly organized, and service-oriented Administrative & Client Services Assistant to join their growing team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations while delivering an exceptional experience for clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for advisors. Prepare, process, and maintain confidential client documentation with a high level of accuracy. Assist with account paperwork, client onboarding, and administrative workflows. Coordinate client communications, appointment confirmations, and follow-up activities. Organize and maintain electronic and physical client records. Support advisors with daily operational and administrative responsibilities. Assist with office organization, special projects, and client appreciation events. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and client-first office culture. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or customer service experience preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software systems. High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Professional Development This position is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services. As part of the firm's commitment to employee growth, the selected candidate will be expected to obtain applicable insurance and securities licenses within their first year of employment, including various industry licensing examinations. Training, mentorship, and support will be provided throughout the licensing process.
