Customer Service Representative III - Payments Specialist Do you love helping people, solving problems, and being the person everyone can count on? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative III - Payments Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented banking professional who enjoys variety and wants to become a go-to resource for customers and coworkers. You'll combine exceptional customer service with specialized responsibilities in payments, wires, Bill Pay, Zelle, account maintenance, and daily banking operations. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and in person. Research accounts and resolve customer questions and issues. Become a knowledgeable resource for the Bank's products and services. Process and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Maintain accurate wire transfer records and logs. Serve as a Bill Pay and Zelle specialist, assisting with customer issues. Support new account opening by reviewing documentation, CIP requirements, account types, and risk ratings. Review account maintenance and verify changes are completed accurately. Process check orders and image miscellaneous documents. Assist with daily banking operations, including cash letters, return items, notices, NSF returns, balancing, and End-of-Day processing. Provide backup support for other Customer Service Representative positions. Troubleshoot processing issues and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned.
