Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs through product demos and knowledgeable recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Handle cash handling duties including cash drawer management and balancing registers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize displays, and support merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store environment Demonstrate phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone and manage inquiries professionally Requirements Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math for retail transactions Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for sales totals and change handling Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising standards, and stock management practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach Ability to handle cash drawer handling responsibly and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your skills in a lively retail environment!
