Your positive energy and commitment to childhood education will help shape joyful, confident, and well-rounded individuals. Our canidate will be at least 18 years or older. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Provide attentive care to children's basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene routines while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Monitor children's behavior to encourage positive interactions and effective behavior management strategies. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans. Support classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining an engaging learning environment. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities, integrating special education techniques as needed. Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset. Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in behavior management and caregiving techniques is beneficial. Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom management strategies enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
