We are looking for someone who communicates well with customers, is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and understands that reliability and arriving to work on time are extremely important . Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner mostly incoming web-inquiries and enter quotes Assist customers with questions and order information Enter customer orders, job information, codes, quantities, and other data accurately into our computer system Communicate with customers and coworkers regarding job specifications and deadlines Help keep orders organized and follow jobs through the production process Perform general customer service and office-related duties Learn our internal systems, products, and procedures and help in other departments What We're Looking For Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Accurate and efficient data-entry skills Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent full-time work schedule Good organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy environment and handling multiple orders or tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers Previous experience in the printing, apparel, screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge about Graphic design is a bonus! Candidates with printing or apparel experience will receive preference, but training will be provided for the right person.
