Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage types. Strong comfort level with computers and digital record-keeping systems. Clear and honest communication style, both in writing and over the phone. Previous experience in a role requiring direct customer service or sales. Demonstrable history of managing time effectively and working independently. Responsibilities Engage with local residents in Cumberland to identify their specific insurance coverage needs. Explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language so clients feel fully informed. Prepare and present accurate quotes that reflect the unique life circumstances of our neighbors. Review existing policies regularly to ensure clients remain protected as their needs evolve over time. Update account records promptly to maintain accuracy and reliability for our internal systems. Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or general changes with patience and clarity.
