Salary Range:

Active Michigan Life & Health insurance license. Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in basic computer navigation and office software. Genuine curiosity about helping others solve problems. Responsibilities Answering incoming inquiries from our policyholders with warmth and patience. Reviewing current insurance policies to ensure our clients feel confident and well-protected. Processing payments and administrative updates with high attention to detail. Collaborating with the wider team to resolve coverage questions or billing concerns. Documenting interactions clearly to ensure every client gets the best possible support. Educating clients on the nuances of their coverage so they understand the value of their protection.
