We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services. + Monday through Friday + 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
+ No Saturday hours
+ One-hour lunch break
+ One paid 15-minute break What You'll DoMember Services
+ Open, maintain, and service member accounts
+ Assist members with a variety of financial products and services
+ Open and maintain Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
+ Assist with legal and specialty account requests
+ Answer member questions by phone, email, and online channels
+ Process wire transfers, stop payments, address changes, check orders, travel notices, and related account maintenance Loan Support
+ Provide administrative and clerical support to the lending team
+ Communicate with members and related parties regarding loan documentation and status updates
+ Prepare and distribute loan packages
+ Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
+ Update interest rate information within company systems
+ Retrieve and organize required paperwork and supporting documents
+ Assist with additional loan processing duties as assigned What We're Looking For
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Professional and friendly approach when interacting with members
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to learn financial regulations, policies, and procedures
+ Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
+ Experience with DNA/Fiserv systems is preferred but not required
+ Someone who is easygoing, dependable, and enjoys building relationships with coworkers and customers Training & Onboarding

+ Initial onboarding includes paperwork, job shadowing, and branch-specific training

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
