Duties Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
