Job Summary Join the growing team at Kim Hobson & Associates Agency , where more than 30 years of insurance experience is paired with a genuine commitment to helping people protect what matters most. We are looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who shares our passion for exceptional service, strong client relationships, and doing business with integrity. In this role, you'll use your insurance knowledge and customer service skills to understand client needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, develop new business, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Duties Engage in outbound sales activities to attract new clients and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach and community networking Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across property, casualty, health, life, and commercial lines Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and benefits administration guidance Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and client satisfaction Stay informed about insurance regulation changes, industry trends, and product updates to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance Assist clients with claims processes, policy adjustments, and coverage explanations to enhance their overall experience Qualifications Valid license as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent; additional licenses in health or life insurance are a plus Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication abilities to clearly articulate policy benefits and coverage options Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales administration and analysis purposes In-depth knowledge of property casualty insurance products, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance principles Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes Join us in delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
