Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text, ensuring clear and courteous communication. Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing issues, and troubleshooting to resolve concerns effectively. Utilize Google tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software Jobber to document interactions, update client records, and manage data entry tasks accurately. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services, maintaining a positive call center experience. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver seamless client services across all touchpoints. Experience Previous customer service experience or roles involving extensive phone communication is highly preferred. Proven customer support or client services background demonstrating problem-solving capabilities. Strong typing skills combined with technical proficiency in Google applications and computer systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping. Experience in sales or outbound calling campaigns is beneficial but not mandatory. Ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and efficient. Flexible hours during the day.
