Job Overview Printing & Design Company seeking a detailed oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team. He/She must be fluent in Microsoft Excel, well organized and capable of handling the responsibilities of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in the grocery retail industry and offset printing.

Job Responsibilities :

Account Management for the weekly production of supermarket circulars Communication with clients and vendors via phone and email Typesetting and formatting text Proofreading. Check for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency and correct images. Work with production artists to ensure all aspects of job are being considered for timely and correct completion.

Billing Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Excellent typesetting and proofreading skills Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and stay well organized while working in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Attention to detail and ability to multi task Great communication skills Positive attitude If you are selected for an interview you will be contacted via email. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
