Job Description
We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in person to answer questions, provide information about Kinetic Fiber internet services, and help create a positive customer experience. You'll become knowledgeable about available internet options so you can confidently guide customers toward services that fit their needs while delivering friendly, professional support. Responsibilities of the
Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
Welcome customers and provide a positive, professional experience during every interaction. Answer questions about Kinetic Fiber internet services, features, and available options. Assist with new customer enrollments and account updates as needed. Resolve customer concerns by listening carefully and providing accurate information. Work closely with teammates to maintain an organized, customer-focused environment. Learn new products, promotions, and technology through ongoing paid training. Build strong communication and customer service skills while working toward career growth opportunities. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.Pay:
$3,700.00 - $4,841.23 per monthBenefits:
