Job Description
Growing established business looking for Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, accurate information and service.
Primary Duties:
- All associates have a personal responsibility and accountability to ensure their day-to-day activities adhere to company policies.
- Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls.
- Use active listening skills to determine customer needs and respond to inquiries, and build customer rapport.
- Process transactions accurately within established time standards.
- Identify, understand, and interpret customer needs to implement resolutions.
- Utilizes on-line reference materials to provide confident, accurate and efficient information.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma required, Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and staff.
- Above-average communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with confidential information.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
