Full Job Description About TVPX:

Major Job Function:

Primary responsibilities: Assist the TVPX Insurance Team in collecting and reviewing aircraft insurance documentation for new transactions, annual renewals, accounting for changes to aircraft transactions, and verifying all information with TVPX's insurance requirements.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

Insurance Support:

Possess or have the ability to develop a strong working knowledge of aviation insurance issues and related trust documents to enable you to contribute meaningfully to the insurance review process for aircraft to be held and currently held in TVPX's aircraft portfolio.

Internal and External Communications:

Interact daily with domestic and foreign clients, advisors and insurance professionals and work constructively with in-house attorneys, management, and other staff to obtain certificates and endorsements that satisfy TVPX's insurance requirements and to address other time-sensitive insurance issues. All communications with external parties must comply with TVPX's privacy policies.

Record Keeping:

Ensure that insurance certificates, endorsements, renewal dates and other information are properly stored in the electronic filing system and are current, complete, and meet the company's data retainage requirements.

Other:

Perform other duties relating to insurance and other matters as required.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in an office environment
• Insurance experience a plus
• Aviation-related experience a plus
• Bank or financial experience helpful
• A record of successfully providing outstanding customer service
• Proven track record in a client-focused environment
• Proven record of delivering completed assignments within company expectations
• Multilingual a plus Additional skills necessary to perform duties:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to analyze insurance information to determine compliance with company requirements
• Ability to learn and develop proficiency with other business software
• Strong customer service skills

Working in the office is required during the training phase and for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

Compensation range:

$22.50-$26.50. Amount will be commensurate with experience.
