full-time Overview A growing company in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their customer accounts out of their Fountain Inn, SC office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong problem solver who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional service. Candidates with automotive, parts, or technical product experience are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and account support. Process phone calls, emails, and customer requests in a timely manner. Manage warranty claims, returns, and related follow-up activities. Collaborate with suppliers and technical resources to troubleshoot issues. Support customers with product recommendations, technical information, and order management. Maintain strong communication with assigned sales representatives and their customers. Follow up daily on quotes, orders, and open requests to ensure resolution. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, parts, automotive, industrial, or technical support experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Spanish skills is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $20-25/hour, Direct Hire Health, dental, and vision benefits
