Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Taking Breakdown calls from drivers over the road Finding a repair facility or mobile repair company Ensuring work is done in a timely and cost-effective manne Input putting invoices and RO's into our shop system Communicating all of this to the people that need to know along the way.
