Job Description

Customer Service Representative Central Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency in Pigeon Forge, is looking to add a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to our team.

Position Details:

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week Full-time opportunity

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is required. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work well with clients and as part of a team.
