Job Overview Join a growing campground located just minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and self-motivated team member who enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and organized. Position Summary This position combines front desk guest services with light housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy. ResponsibilitiesGuest Services Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer phones and assist with reservations. Check guests in and out of the campground. Respond to guest questions and provide local recommendations. Process payments and campground store purchases. Assist with daily office operations. Cleaning & Housekeeping Clean and sanitize bathhouses throughout the day. Clean the clubhouse, office, and common areas. Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness. Empty trash and recycling in guest areas. Clean windows, laundry room, coffee station, and outdoor furniture as needed. Perform light housekeeping projects during slower periods. Help maintain a neat and welcoming appearance throughout the property. Qualifications Customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Front desk, hotel, campground, or retail experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using a computer and learning reservation software. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be comfortable walking throughout the property. Schedule Approximately 16 to 30 hours per week. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Schedule is 9am-5pm.

$16.00 per hour
