This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. The position optimizes the use of internal systems to ensure accurate title documentation and fleet operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role reports directly to the Director of Fleet Operations - US. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage vehicle title processing, including resolving issues with third parties, conducting document research, and ensuring accurate completion of registration process. Provide excellent customer service by managing titling and registration processes, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and building relationships with third-party vendors. Subject matter expert in rental registration and compliance through the state of Utah. Manage entire fleet registration renewal on a bi-annual basis. Support US leasing initiatives by developing understanding of registration and titling requirements in individual states. Assist Sales team with advising clients on best practices for leasing registrations. Contribute to continuous process improvement, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain strong attendance and professionalism Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications/Skills Strong administrative and customer service background with excellent communication skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented problem solver with strong time‑management abilities Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments Professional, collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across all levels and external partners Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce (if applicable); intermediate Excel skills preferred Skilled in web‑based research and professional internal and external correspondence Education and/or Experience 2+ years of customer service experience 1-3 years of experience in office management and/or administrative support roles Experience working in an office or customer‑focused environment (2-3 years preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience; high school diploma required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of titling & registration is a plus but not required.
