Our home office is in Kent, WA, and we service Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska and continue to grow in the Pacific Northwest region. As a distributor, our number one goal is to have satisfied customers by providing superior customer service. We are looking for a candidate with a professional and engaging personality to greet customers and visitors for our Kent office, plus assist with customer service and data entry. Basic Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answering multi-line phone
  • Greet customers and vendors
  • Order Entry & Communication with Sales/Operations
  • Maintain neat appearance of lobby and conference room
  • Ordering of supplies as needed
  • Oversite of mail and mail distribution including UPS and FedEx shipping
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned (job description will be discussed at interview) Qualifications
  • Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Experience with multi-line phone system
  • Self-motivated, quick learner
  • Performs duties with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Suite and 10-key by touch with the ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are high priority
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
