1225 North Autoplex Way, Pasco, WA 99301 BDC Customer Service Representative $18 - $23 Per Hour + Bonuses! Help Fill Our Service Drive & Be the Voice Our Customers Trust! Previous Customer Service, Hospitality and/or Sales Experience in Any Industry Preferred. Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our fast-paced service department. In this role, you'll answer inbound service calls, schedule appointments, make outbound (and cold) calls to bring customers in for maintenance, repair, and provide top-tier customer service for both our in-dealership and mobile service offerings. You'll be a key part of keeping our service drive full the mobile vans on the road servicing customers and our guests happy. Answer inbound service calls and set up vehicle service appointments Make outbound calls (including cold calls) to schedule customers for routine maintenance, recalls, or recommended service from a previous visit. Support both our dealership and mobile service teams by scheduling efficiently and communicating clearly Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat business Log customer interactions and appointment activity in the CRM system Assist with other duties as neededRequirements:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales Automotive experience is a plus but not required Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to multitask and follow up with accuracy Must be skilled with Computer Data Entry and Microsoft Word & Excel Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
