Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating a wide range of audiovisual (AV) systems across various settings. Your expertise will ensure seamless AV experiences for live events, conference rooms, and digital communication platforms. Duties Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment including video conferencing systems, audio systems, control systems, and digital signal processing devices Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams related to AV system installation and maintenance Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance Set up and operate live event AV production projects, including sound reinforcement, video projection, and lighting control Manage cabling, wiring, and mechanical components for AV system installations in various environments Implement control system programming for audiovisual control systems to automate functions and enhance user experience Provide field service support by diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions for equipment troubleshooting and software troubleshooting Experience Proven experience working in the AV industry with a strong understanding of audio, video, and control systems Hands-on experience with AV system installation, including cabling, equipment setup, and integration of hardware components Knowledge of electrical schematic reading and interpretation as it relates to low voltage systems and E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) work Familiarity with computer networking principles necessary for configuring networked AV devices and video conferencing systems operation Skilled in using hand tools for installation tasks along with mechanical knowledge for mounting hardware securely Experience with engineering troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex AV system issues efficiently Demonstrated ability to read schematics accurately and implement solutions based on technical drawings Join us as an Audiovisual Technician to be at the forefront of innovative AV solutions!
