Fri Sep 4 2026 Support the Student Activities Council (SAC) Organization on the programming of events designed for all students; brainstorming program ideas; talking with outside vendors; booking room spaces. Hold the duties of the assigned Executive board position. Duties include but are not limited to: proceeding over meetings, holding events weekly, creating flyers, recruiting new members, holding office hours and tabling. Hold events for the entire academic year designed for the entire MCLA student body. Adhere to the constitution of SAC and Student Engagement Guidelines when planning, including the types of events that must occur during each semester. Work on collaborative efforts between other clubs on campus. Work on supporting programming on event days; including being a contact for vendors, tabling, and set up and break down of events.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills Able to work independently or collaboratively with other students and staff. Adhere to the assigned work schedule; including some night and weekend events as programming requires. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Canva, Campus Groups.
