What We're Looking For:

Current Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) Previous experience teaching students with severe disabilities Strong background in specially designed instruction and applied behavior analysis (preferred) Ability to provide toileting and personal care assistance Comfortable supporting students on the autism spectrum, including those who are non-verbal Experience collaborating with RBTs or support staff a plus Committed to working onsite, full-time, with flexibility to adapt to dynamic classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:
