$30hr - $35hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications Design, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a portfolio or work samples demonstrating proficiency in creating compelling marketing communications across a wide variety of media and audiences. Strong graphic design, layout, typography, and information architecture skills with a strong sense of style and consistency. Strong experience creating effective marketing solutions, branding, visual identity systems, and advertising campaigns. Knowledge and understanding of print production and workflow. Mastery of Adobe Design Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Strong creativity and passion for creating engaging and relevant content for a wide variety of media and audiences. Strong design thinking skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and be receptive to feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Ability to balance day-to-day requests from internal and external clients while meeting timelines and requirements consistently. Ability to collect input from multiple sources and turn insights into actionable concepts and consumer experiences. Broad knowledge of best practices in communication, marketing, advertising, and brand design. Ability to oversee, mentor, and inspire creative team members and co-workers. Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience creating marketing communications for a variety of media and audiences. Experience working in a marketing department, in-house creative team, or advertising agency preferred. Experience designing for healthcare and/or government-regulated products, services, and industries preferred. Health insurance experience with a good understanding of healthcare trends preferred. Experience with ADA and Section 508 accessibility standards and the ability to create content that meets WCAG requirements preferred.

Responsibilities:

Concept, design, and produce a variety of marketing communications for print, environmental, and digital channels. Create collateral and advertising campaign materials, including brochures, booklets, flyers, presentations, corporate identity materials, and other communication assets. Contribute to the continual improvement of creative production workflows, processes, and systems for the Creative Team. Maintain the structure and organization of design files. Document processes and best practices. Work with vendors and external partners such as printers and agencies to complete production and project fulfillment. Collaborate with marketing team members in support of corporate initiatives. Attend project meetings and provide strategic insight. Present initiative overviews to associates and ensure all commitments are met. Assist in the creation and execution of integrated, strategic, creative communication plans for company-wide and cross-functional initiatives. Research topics and gather information to support creative development.
