Job Description

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking a Product Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team in the Aerospace & Defense sector. In this role, you will design and develop precision components and assemblies from concept through production, translating customer and regulatory requirements into robust, manufacturable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to optimize designs for performance, cost, and quality while supporting testing, validation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design and develop aerospace and defense components and assemblies from concept to production Translate customer and regulatory requirements into detailed engineering specifications Create 3 D models, drawings, and documentation using modern CAD tools Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure design for manufacturability Perform engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis Support prototype builds, testing, and qualification activities Drive design changes, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards and customer requirements Required Skills Product development Aerospace component design CAD (Solid Works/CATIA/CREO) Finite Element Analysis (FEA) GD&TDFMEA/PFMEADesign for manufacturability (DFM) Materials engineering (metals/alloys) Requirements management Testing & validation
