Collaborate within a supportive educational environment and help foster positive growth for children requiring additional guidance and structure. This assignment starts September 8, 2026, and continues through December 7, 2026. Workdays run Monday through Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., near the Maple Grove, MN area. Youll work directly with students across multiple grade levels, providing classroom support and individualized attention.

Desired Qualifications:

Must be Highly Qualified in accordance with Minnesota standards, via ONE of the following: Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (attach score) OR at least 60 college credits (official transcript is required; diplomas do not suffice) Previous experience supporting children in educational or behavioral support settings highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment Ability to engage empathetically with students of varying needs

Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering individualized instruction and behavioral interventions Facilitate small group or one-on-one assistance for students Implement classroom routines and structures consistently Assist with administrative and classroom organizational duties as assigned Proactively communicate with instructional teams regarding student progress This role offers the unique possibility of transition to direct hire after 422 contract hours, allowing for a seamless move into a permanent position.
