Key Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified by one of the following: Passing the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Para Exam Completion of at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required) Willingness and ability to provide direct personal care, including toileting support Experience working in an educational setting, especially with students requiring additional support, is preferred Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism in interactions with students and school staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver daily academic and social support to middle school students in a setting 2-3 classroom Maintain a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere and follow individualized plans for students Assist licensed teachers with classroom activities, organization, and management Collaborate with school staff to help meet both academic and care needs of students Ensure students safety, comfort, and cleanliness, including toileting and hygiene tasks as needed

Additional Details:
