Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) Experience supporting students in K-12 environments (preferred) Ability to provide clear, accurate interpretations in real-time Strong communication and collaboration skills Must work on-site (no remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sign language interpreting services for students and educators Facilitate communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing individuals and the school community Support students educational access in classrooms, assemblies, and school activities Collaborate with school staff and other professionals as needed Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information Adhere to school and district policies and ethical standards
