Photo Makers Inc. is a portrait photography studio specializing in family, children, newborn, maternity, graduate, and professional portraits, as well as passport photos and quick print services. We provide a guided, high-touch client experience from greeting to final product delivery. Job Overview We are hiring a full-time and/or part-time team member to join our studio in a hands-on role that combines photography, sales, customer service, and studio operations. You will work directly with clients throughout their experience, from booking and shooting sessions to image selection, sales presentations, editing, and order fulfillment. This is a performance-driven role where both client experience and sales are key to success. Pay $17-$20 per hour + commission opportunities + tips Responsibilities Greet clients and handle walk-ins in a professional manner Book appointments and manage client flow Conduct portrait photography sessions Take passport photos and provide quick print services Guide clients through image selection and presentations Present and sell photography packages Edit images using Mac systems and software such as Photoshop or Evoto (training provided) Process orders and coordinate print production Follow up with clients for pickup and completion Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable in a sales-driven, client-facing role Tech-savvy and fast learner Strong Mac computer skills or ability to learn quickly Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Photography experience is a plus but not required Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work calmly and professionally with children and families during photo sessions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred This role is performance-driven and includes sales as a core part of success.
