Job Description
Event Photographer/Videographer Needed - Dallas, TX We are looking for an experienced photographer/videographer to capture a two-day corporate event in Dallas.
Dates and Hours:
Tuesday, September 22, 2026: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 23, 2026: 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., with breaks in the schedule
Responsibilities:
Capture candid and posed event photography
Photograph speakers, general sessions, sponsors, attendees, meals, and the evening reception
Capture b-roll footage that our team will use to create a highlight video
Alternate between photography and video coverage throughout the event
Equipment Requirements:
Full Frame Camera required
A speedlight is required for photography
prefer someone with 2x full frame bodies
Deliverables:
RAW photos only—no editing required
Unedited video footage only—no editing required
Upload all files to a Google Drive link provided by our team
Pay:
$100 per hour Please apply with examples of both your event photography and videography work. You must be comfortable providing both photo and video coverage during the same event.
