Kings Card Club is looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher/Busser to join our team!

SUMMARY A
Dishwasher will provide all Food & Beverage areas with clean dishes and small wares, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and assist in ensuring timely delivery of food as needed, maximize efficiency, all the while maintaining the high standards of service for the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

) Maintain and operate the dishwasher and area. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Maintain a presentable appearance to the customers. Standard closing duties. Handle deliveries. Maintain and clean ice room Other duties as assigned. Maintain and clean the dry storage area. Maintain and clean the server entry way.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent ability to communicate (understands, reads, speaks and writes English). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Courteous telephone manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
High School equivalent math knowledge required.
REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to make good choices, be able to distinguish between positive and negative situations, and how to approach situations and resolve them.
COMPUTER SKILLS
This job requires no computer skills.

May be exposed to communicable diseases. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
CAL OSHA
Comply with the organization's Health and Safety Policy and all other health and safety practices, programs, and procedures. Successfully complete required health and safety and IIPP training. Participate in the IIPP by reporting incidents or near misses, attending health and safety meetings, reporting problems and recommending safety improvements, and other related training activities. Inform a supervisor or instructor of any safety hazards or system deficiencies in the workplace. Ensure that you are appropriately trained in all facets of your specific job function prior to attempting to work independently. Ensure that the department specific code of safe work practices is provided to you prior to being given department work assignments. Take ownership of any safety issues by proposing solutions to fix it.
