MOVIN' As a Team Member, you'll help America Run on Dunkin' by expertly preparing food and beverages. Through community, collaboration, and taking life one coffee at a time, you will keep your guests coming back for more. As a Shift Leader, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'. • You are 16 years of age (for Team Members) OR 18 years for age or higher (for Shift Leaders)
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
