Supervise clinical practice sessions in hospital settings or simulated environments, utilizing teaching simulation methods to enhance critical thinking and hands-on skills. Provide mentorship and supervision to students during clinical rotations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and educational standards. Evaluate student performance through documentation review, assessments, and practical demonstrations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with educational regulations and healthcare standards while managing course documentation, student records, and progress reports. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on curriculum design initiatives that incorporate research findings, healthcare trends such as ICU or pediatric care, and innovative learning technologies. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current teaching experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, educational compliance standards, and teaching simulation methods. Experience working with post-secondary students in adult education environments; prior college faculty experience is preferred.
