After School Sports Coach — San Gabriel Elementary Schools ($25/hr, Part-Time) Breakthrough Sports runs after-school athletics at five San Gabriel Unified elementary campuses, and we're hiring coaches for the fall session now.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 3:30-5:00pm Tue/Thu; Wednesday is early release, 1:00-5:00pm. Roughly 8-10 hours/week.
Dates:
Session runs through November 7. Immediate start.
Pay:
$25/hour. Paid training.
Sites:
Coolidge (421 N Mission Dr), McKinley (1425 Manley Dr), Roosevelt (401 S Walnut Grove Ave), Washington (300 N San Marino Ave), Wilson (8317 E Sheffield Rd). Tell us which is closest to you. What you'll do: Recruit, train and coach groups of 3rd-5th students in an inter-school sports league. Practice fundamentals, skill games, and structured play. With competitions each week and a playoff at the end of the season. For Flag Football (Fall), Basketball (Winter), Soccer (Spring). Take attendance, keep the group safe, and keep the energy up for 90 minutes.
