Duties Plan and execute engaging volleyball practices tailored to skill levels and team objectives Teach fundamental volleyball techniques, including serving, passing, setting, attacking, and blocking Develop game strategies and provide real-time coaching during matches to optimize team performance Foster a positive team environment emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline Monitor player progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of AEDs and first aid procedures Communicate regularly with players, parents, and staff to share updates on team activities and individual development Experience Prior volleyball coaching experience or playing at a competitive level is highly desirable Background in sports-specific training instruction and team leadership roles Experience working with children or youth in athletic settings Knowledge of soccer coaching, cheerleading, basketball, climbing or other sports is a plus Familiarity with childcare practices and behavior management techniques Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and child safety are preferred Strong communication skills for effective client (player/parent) interaction and team coordination Embark on an inspiring journey as a Volleyball Coach where your enthusiasm fuels young athletes' passions!
