Tennis Coach

Job Description TNA Tennis Academy is seeking a reliable and energetic tennis coach to join our coaching team in Walnut, CA. This position offers a stable schedule with guaranteed weekly hours, competitive compensation, and long-term growth opportunities within a structured academy environment. Coaches will lead group training sessions across multiple developmental levels and may support private lessons depending on availability and experience. Responsibilities Lead group tennis sessions for youth players (Future Stars, Orange/Green Ball, Juniors) Deliver structured, level-appropriate instruction Maintain a positive and professional training environment Track attendance and communicate with academy staff as needed Support player development using academy curriculum Assist with occasional evaluations and placement sessions Requirements Previous tennis coaching experience required Ability to coach players ages approximately 4-16 Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions Weekend availability preferred Eligible to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Competitive playing background Experience working in academy-style programs Experience coaching Orange Ball / Green Ball development pathways
