Description:
An assistant coach supports the head coach, ensures that equipment and facilities are maintained, and performs administrative duties. Assistant coaches also schedule and supervise practice sessions, maintain training equipment and organize team events. Knowledge of the sport Ability to teach skills & technique Coaching / Playing experience Organizational / Motivational skills Ability to communicate effectively
Flexible Qualifications:
Candidates must have a State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County and/or have taken the A.S.E.P. Requirements for Coaching in Illinois, or have a State of Illinois Substitute Teaching License registered in Will County.
