Analyzes what is needed for students, identifies learning objectives, and designs the content and format of instructional material and delivery. Uses instructional design to create instructional materials, which may include text, electronic and visual material. Works for a school or college or for an education, software or publishing company.

Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree Preferred - Elementary or Exceptional Education. Certified in the State of Florida/ESE & Reading Endorsed 5 years' experience teaching in an elementary classroom Experience working with students of disabilities. Leadership experience in a school setting. Demonstrated success working with people, in establishing goals, objectives and action plans to produce expected ends/results. Strong knowledge in MTSS process Knowledge of the Science of Reading Strong working knowledge of research based best practices in ELA, Reading, and Mathematics. Ability to apply research-based practices effectively and successfully in classroom lesson modeling for instructional support and or intervention.Job Type:
